Out on the road again this month supporting our customer events on Next Dimension Working™. You may have seen some press coverage of the innovative holographic technology we have been showing our customers as part of this event.

On a personal note, doing Darwin and then Hobart is not recommended from a health perspective. I have possibly the worst flu of my life today ?

So, what is Next Dimension Working™?

Next Dimension Working™ provides a range of solution portfolios that enable our customers to communicate free of the constraints of distance, device and infrastructure. This capability is provided to our customers increasingly as a “one click” experience whether in the office, at home or on the road.

As I have happily blogged over the last twelve months, I have discussed only a couple of elements from within our Next Dimension Working™ portfolio.

Here is a diagram representing what is possible from Telstra in the “Next Dimension”:

To date, I have focused heavily on our data network offerings within the Network Solutions portfolio and talked a lot about how our Next IP™ MPLS core and Next G™ network investments are allowing our customers to seamlessly connect to their customers, on their terms, when they want and how they want to. I have also discussed IP Telephony, from the Unified/Enterprise Communication portfolio which like the other solution domains above, is being “baked in” on top of these network solutions to provide our customers a fully integrated application experience, accessible via a range of mechanisms.

In future blogs, I thought I might dive into the NDW solution portfolios discussing what Telstra provides, also with some case study applications, where would my readers like me to go first?
